Yes, there are entrance examinations to get admission into B.arch. The exams like JEE-mains paper 2 and NATA are conducted to provide admission for the students into B.arch colleges. The admission process and counselling remains same as of any other couscou like engineering, etc..,

There is no cutoff score or percentage. Merit lists are released on the basis of ranks from the top and admissions proceed with the interested candidates(ones from the merit list) confirming their admissions. Usually, many candidates don't appear for the admission confirmation and their absence creates intake vacancy, which in turn results in the release of further merit lists.

The eligibility is based upon the the 50% aggregate on all the three main subjects(physics+maths+chemistry) and not based on individual subject marks . And if this criteria is fulfilled you are definetely eligible to apply and write the entrance examination conducted by JMI university.

Yes you have to fill seprate applictaion to get admission in jamia , counselling will be held according to there schedule through which you will be alloted a seat.
