No you must clear all your subjects, although you may give exams but to be eligible for the allotment of the colleges you must clear all your subjects.

Hello Farhan , fee structure for M.Sc is different in different IITs . If you are general/OBC Candidate then it's around 20,000 - 55,000 per semester and if you are a ST/SC/PWD Candidate then it's around 15,000 - 40,000/-.
