The cutoff varies year to year so it would be tough to tell you the exactly. But with this score the chances are average to get admission in IIT Guwahati & Bhubneshwar. You can also prefer the article for IIT JAM cutoff with the given below link.

Both are the good books but MTG is the best option for Physics. Firstly I would suggest you to prepare with the NCERT books to clear your basic concepts then prefer other books given below:
