It is difficult to get admission with this marks in any NITs or SLIET Punjab. This year cutoff was approx 2 marks less than JAM 2017. Even after this reduction, You can't get admission NITs.
Cutoff for Any good NIT is above 25 Marks in Open category

To get admission in IIT Patna, Your rank must lie below AIR 400. that can only be achieved by scoring 55+ Marks in JAM Examination. However, Cutoff varies according to subjects.
If you score 55+ marks in your JAM examination, Then you can get admission in IIT Patna.
