You can Get IIT Roorkee, IIT Guwahati, IIT Patna, IIT Bhuvaneshvar, IIT Jodhpur etc for your M.Sc.in Mathematics. You can find previous year closing rank for all IITs that provide Masters in Science degree.

For admission in M.Sc. in Any IIT, your rank must be below 450. With this rank, you can't get into IITs as per previous year closing rank, 431 was closing rank for IIT Bhuvaneshwar that too for Atmosphere and ocean science stream. For admission in M.Sc. Physics ,
