if you belong to General Category then you can't get IITs. if you belong to OBC or SC/ST Category then you can get IITs easily.
If you belong to General Category, then you can get Top NITs for Your M.Sc.

You can get IIT Hyderabad for M.Sc. in Mathematics or Mathematics and Computing. Cutoff for Previous year was AIR 2221 in SC Category. So there are chances that you can get admission in this IIT only.
apart from that, you can get any Top NITs.

WIth AIR 180 you stand a good chance to get in IIT Indore. You do not need Maths at 10+2 level. But, since you cleared the exam you should be having the required knowledge of Mathematics. You also have an option in the NITS.
