Joint Admission Test for M.Sc Programmes

According to IITJAM 2018:-
Indian Institute of Technology Bombay (IIT-B) is administering Joint admission test for M.Sc programme, commonly known as JAM for the year 2018. IIT Bombay has conducted JAM 2018 on February 11.
So it expected that IITJAM 2019 will be conducted in 2nd week of February.

They sometimes announce increase number of rankings for their convenience as they need to take buffer for some seats because some students may cancel their admission .

Definitely you can get admission in IITs. You need not to register for CCMN 2018 because you can get admission in IITs easily. You rank is quite good so you should go for IIT only.
