Hi. For IITJAM, candidate must have bachelor degree and should at at least 55% in bachelor's. You can also apply for GATE being a btech student.

Candidates in the final year can also apply for GATE.

To apply for IIT JAM examination, you must have a bachelor’s degree with at least 55% marks if you are from General or OBC category and 50% marks if you are from SC/ ST/ PwD categories.

You must have science as a subject in you 10+2 level.
