Congratulations on clearing IIT JAM. I am sorry to tell you in genrgen category you can not get an IIT with a three digit rank. NIT are also a slim chance. Last year the closing rank for biotechnology was around 50 in IIT.

IIT JAM exam conducted for UG graduates to get M.Sc. admission in top IITs, IISc, etc. So this exam only consider UG marks and there are no such requirements for HS marks, they don't have any criteria for HS marks.
