The 3 days mentioned for deadline for submission of supporting documents would be counted from the day your specific board results are out. After declaration of board results of Karnataka PUC/ICSE/CBSE, the cut off percentage would be declared and displayed on their notice board and website. No postal/telephonic/e-mail

They are Maharashtra Candidates, All India Candidates, Jammu & Kashmir Migrant Candidates and Children of NRI/OCI/PIO/Indian Workers in Gulf Countries and Foreign Nationals.
