And you can. Also get the government jobs. As the minimum requirement for government jobs is 50% in class 12.

Many colleges taking admission through 12th marks basis like colleges under Delhi University and many colleges take there own entrance exam like BHU etc. Even in Engineering many colleges accept 12th marks and many have there own entrance exam.

i gave hsc improvement exam july 2019 to gain marks in pcb and i did get more in pcb but i scored overall less can i still get my july result even if i scored overall less? its HSC MAHARASHTRA BOARD not CBSE so can still get the result of the lesser overall?

dear student if your previous marks more then your improvement mark then which ever is high is counted and if your improvement mark not qualifying passing mark then do not worried about your pass mark because your 1st qualifying mark is counted for evaluation..

As per the JEE Main eligibility criteria, Candidate appearing in class 12 or equivalent qualifying exam in 2020 can also apply for JEE Main.
You can also apply to VITEEE, as it is written in their eligibility criteria.
