what is the fees for ipm rohtak application form for ews category?

The application fee for general EWS is same as general that is 3540. The application fee for SC/ST it is 1770.

For OBC NC student the application fee is 3540.

In class 10th and 12th candidate from general/OBC category should score 60% and for SC/ST  a candidate must have 55%.

If your score is below cutoff then you might not eligible for many colleges which have passing criteria but you may also get admission and good scholarship in many private college , these college take admission on behalf of your score and also from your past study experience.

Yes, you can do this. You can re-register yourself in class 11 from a different school if you fail in class 12th.

This is quite a brave decision and it'll eventually help you get your basics strong and perform well in whatsoever stream you want to pursue ahead

You are not eligible to sit in JEE MAINS exam as a candidate has only three succeeding years or attempts to give this exam. As you have failed in three succeeding years, so you are not eligible to write JEE MAINS  examination.
