No, he first appeared in class 12 in 2015, so he was eligibile for jee advanced 2015, 2016 only. If he appears in 2019 he won't be eligible and in case one catches him for doing this he may be even taken for trail. So, don't do that IITs

If one appears for class 12 board in 2016, the  he will be eligible for jee mains 2016,2017 and 2018 . For jee advanced 2016 and 2017 only.

You won't be eligible for jee mains or advanced in 2019 or 20 even if you passes class 12 in 2019.
