English subject is compulsory for all fields in , MEDICAL and you should pass in English language.
As you are PCMB student ,
• For any medical course such as MBBS, BDS , physiotherapy , occupational therapy, you should obtain minimum 50% in PCB and you will have to appear for NEET entrance Examination.
• For BSC in any of the subjects you should passin STD xii and admission will be based on merit list which depends on cut off of college and aggregate percentage.
• If you want to pursue BSC nursing, then you should obtain minimum 60% in PCB , general category and 50% for St/ SC category. Entrance exam will be conducted by the Institute.
For each subject in HSC exam, you'll have to score at least 20% for each paper i.e. (16 marks minimum for an 80 marks paper & 14 marks minimum for a 70 marks paper) to be considered as Passed.
In total for all subjects, including internal and written exam marks, you'll have to score 33% minimum to pass.

In state counselings through NEET you have to freshly apply for counseling with you NEET rank . In that application kindly give the name present in the class 12 result . After that when your daughter will go for verification round the verifying authority will ask birth certificate or class x admit card as birth proof , you should give birth certificate instead of class x result . They also ask to show class xi result for marks verification , without any hesitation show that . I think in this way it will not create any problem . But if after all this there comes any problem regarding name change show them the gazetted proof . Good luck for your daughter's counseling .

There will be no facility to do correction in the application form . Students are advised to fill the details correctly. In case, you made any mistake in the form then the only option you have it to cancel it and fill it again.
The steps to cancel are as follows:
1. Go to the official website/portal and login using valid credentials.
2. Click on cancel application button and move further as per the instructions.
3. Enter your registered mobile number and an OTP will be sent to the same. Enter the OTP and move forward to compete the process.
remember, application fee will not be refunded in case of cancellation of the application.
