Yes you can apply for bitsat if you have done class 12 from nios, you just need to fulfill the following criteria:-
You should have passed 10+2 in 2019 or appearing in 2020 from a recognised board with subjects physics chemistry and maths/biology with an aggregate of 75% in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/ Biology in class 12 along with 60% each in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/ Mathematics.
