For admissions in LNMIIT one has to fill the application form according to the mode of admission that is either jee marks, DASA mode or lateral entry, pay the application fee and then the committee follows a selection procedure and the candidates are selected on the basis of that.

what is done is done. You can show your new mark original documents during counselling time. for now you can write a mail to the board to guide you in a correct way to tackle this situation.There won't be any issue but your updated marks should be considered in final mark and percentage.

see the syllabus is different in intermediate second year and you need to study sincerely to get good score. your first year results is good, however the syllabus will be different and a little harder, since you have got good score, your conception for 11th course is clear which will be really beneficial for you.
