You cannot get a direct admission in any government owned Institutes. Just see the population around you and try to figure out any course which you want to do and then count the number of students and compare it with the government institutes you will get your answer.
There are some institute which gives admission on the basis of boards. If you are in top 3 then you can get enrolled.

The question that your purse for is very vague because it depends upon your interest in which stream you are interested in and there are so many courses available it is not possible to put all courses in one place it is every course have its own pros and cons. And also the count be compared to each other because they all have their own thing in it. so I would request you to mention what you are pursuing right now what is your educational background so that I can give you an idea what course you can pursue in future and how it will be helpful for you.

UPSC Prelims has 2 papers. Paper 1 covers Current Events, History of India and Indian National Movement, Indian and World Geography, Indian Polity and Governance, Economic and Social Development, General Issues on Environmental ecology, General Science.
Paper 2 covers Comprehension, Interpersonal skills including communication skills, logical reasoning and analytical ability, decision making and problem solving, General Mental Ability and basic numeracy numbers.
For this only NCERT books might not be helpful. You have to practise as much as you can in all these Topics. If you are making notes of 12th notes from NCERT books, because you are a Commerce student, it might help you for Mains preparation when you take an Optional subject. That is a good preparation strategy. Many Candidates focus on Mains and the Optional subject from quite early stages. But what you also need to remember is that you can only move to Mains if you qualify in Prelims. So you should also study these all these subjects at 12th level for now. Continue making notes the way you have been doing. But for CSAT, practising is the only way. Making notes might not help much in this section.

Hello student. You cannot give board exams in any board of 12th class without clearing 11th standard. Board might be state or ice or Cbse.
In order to appear for 12th boards and give exams in any board, even as a private candidate, you are supposed to clear 11th board exams of alll subjects with pass Marks.
Hello student. Fees concession depends upon the university. Some universities gove scholarship. Where as some universities provide fees concession for bc, sc and st castes. There are some universities that donot provide either of them. So it all depends on university. So kindly mention which university you want to know

There are three ways to join Indian Armed Forces after class 12th
Through NDA you can get into either of the three services (Army, Navy, Air Force). NDA is held twice a year, once in April and other in September.After clearing the written exam of NDA you need to appear for SSB then medical. After that you will be able for training at NDA Pune. There are 300 Seats for NDA
TES entry can get you into Indian Army on the basis of your MArks in class 12th. Physics, Chemistry and Maths are mandatory subjects in class 12th to be eligible. You will get to attend SSB on the basis of your 12th Marks. There are 90 seats for TES
You can get into Naval Tech through JEE Main merit
All the above mentioned three ways are Permanent Commission Service and for Officers entry only.
