You should definitely consider DU over Amity University. It does not matter that you didn't have maths in class 12th.
The exposure and experience you will get in DU cannot be compared to others. Plus you will get better placement offers in Delhi University. Also salary package offered is higher here, plus most of the top companies visit the DU.

see its necessary to have mathematics in 10+2 level to apply for certain courses in iit jam, also you need to complete your graduation from relevant stream., if you dont meet the eligibility criteria your application is chances to be rejected, however there is some subjects where there is no restrictions of having math in 10+2, you may apply for those course.
