Class 12
Hello,
Your expected overall rank can be calculated by the formula (100-your total percentile)*112679/100
where 112679= Total number of candidates appeared in JEE Main Paper 2. If you belong to OBC-CL category then you will be coming under general category but if you belong to OBC-NCL category then you can claim OBC-NCL reservation and cut off will be slightly less and you can expect your rank around 500. Based on 2019 you may have chances of getting seat under general category
If you belong to OBC-NCL category then you have chances of getting seat in
However, cut off is subjected to change. It may increase or decrease depending on number of seats available, number of candidates appeared, difficulty of exam etc.

KCET rank will be calculated by considering the performances in KCET and QE (qualifying examination) as well.I will explain with an example ,let us assume that u have scored 131/180 in KCET and 288/300 in QE,then your % marks in KCET is 72.77% and in QE it is 96% now they will add this two( that is, the formula goes like this
Rank will be given
R={(%KCET+%QE)/200}×100
Then they will sort ,who has got more R(i have taken this ‘R’ for better understanding) value will get good rank.
And the rank to a particular ‘R’ value varies every year

It seems that you wrote an incomplete question because you have not specified your board of education so it is little bit difficult to guide you accordingly, but if considering your profile, you belongs to Uttar Pradesh and for session 2019-20, exams have been completed by UP Board as well as CBSE board and even results are also out.
I think that you are asking for session 2020-21, so till now there is no any confirm date for class 12th board exams because as of now situation are very unpredictable and nobody knows about next year. However. state board as well as CBSE board have reduced their syllabus for session 2020-21 to recover the loss of academic tenure so that from next year schedule can be normalized as earlier.
I hope this information cleared your doubts.
Good Luck!!

Hello aspirants,
Usually, higher-level jobs in Biology require higher-level educational qualifications. If you want to make a career in Biology, you should start from Class 12 itself. After Class 12, students can take up courses in associated fields of Biology like Zoology, Botany, Aquatic Biology, Biotechnology, Fishery Science, Marine Biology etc at Bachelor’s level. After the Bachelor’s degree level, students can take up Master’s followed by research courses in Biology. Students with at least a Master’s degree in Biology or associated fields will have chances to get better jobs.
After MSc you have to do doctoral degree (PhD) in any specialized subject of Biology. In my opinion you should pursue your post graduation and doctoral degree in Biotechnology, molecular biology, Cell biology or environmental science, because these subjects do have great scope in governmental as well as private companies. Moreover the scope of research is also more in these subjects. But finally you have decide what subject you wish to choose. You may choose the subject which you understand better and which is close to your heart.
And then you become biologist scientist in various domain like:
Environmental Scientist: These scientists study the environment in the interest of living beings, plants and animals and find probable ways to conserve these organisms. They also deal with pollution and other factors that are harmful to the well-being of the environment. They figure out solutions for solving such problems and propose eco-friendly techniques for the same.
Food Scientist: The responsibility of a food scientist is to deal with safety and processing of food products through a detailed study and research.
Forensic Scientist: The responsibility of a forensic scientist is to perform chemical and physical analysis to test and draw interferences for crime or other records.
Researcher: A person with a higher qualification in Biology is required in various industries such as companies that manufacture medicines etc to carry out research and figure out the pros and cons of a specific product.
Hope this helps!
All the best for your future.
