For appearing in jee advanced you should have minimum 75 percent in class 12 board examination and you must clear the jee main cut off. As you have not mentioned your category then according to your category if you belong to gen/obc/ews category then, no, you can not apply for

Hi ,for id proof you can carry aadharcard ,driving license ,Voter ID,12th Class Board Admit or Registration card,Passport, Aadhaar Card etc. If you have your aadhar card with your name and other details written correctly then you can definitely use it as your id proof . Remember to wear gloves

With 91 Percentile and EWS category, you have good chances of getting seat in the NIT colleges. Cut off Jee main session two had been released. Cut off for EWS is 70.2435518.
