It doesn't matter even if you have completed your bsc physics you are still eligible for neet provided you must have passed 12th board examination with physics, chemistry ,biology/biotechnology and English and must have got at least 50 % in aggregate of PCB i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology /biotechnology

You have to give your best of 5 dear. Because in 12th out 600 i.e. six subjects you have to choose best of five. So you can write any percentage or number in your application form for college or any entrance examination which is only for best of five

As per the rules, no government colleges can offer admission only on the basis of class 12th marks. To get into these you must have to appear either for JEE Mains (even Advanced for some colleges) or for state entrance examinations. Some government-funded universities conduct their own exam too.
