See there was never any percentage criteria to appear for JEE-Main, the 75% criteria was for admission to NITs/IIITs/CFTIs through JEE-Main score like if you secured 99 percentile in JEE-Main but unable to get 75 % in 10+2 then you would not be e eligible for admission in

Greetings, it is mandatory for you to score an aggregate of 60% in PCM. If you have given JEE exam then this case is applicable. And, yes DTU does require you to have an aggregate of 60%. It is the minimum qualification required to use your JEE marks for admission.

Yes you can, you can take admission in any course to complete your degree even if you have take too much year of gap.
