The eligibility criteria for the NEET Entrance Exam is as such:
1). Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subjects from a recognized board and Class 12 or equivalent appearing aspirants are also eligible to apply for NEET.

Greetings, it is mandatory for you to score an aggregate of 60% in PCM. If you have given JEE exam then this case is applicable. And, yes DTU does require you to have an aggregate of 60%. It is the minimum qualification required to use your JEE marks for admission.
