What is WBUG Admission 2024?

West Bengal Department of Higher Education is to start implementing the National Curriculum and Credit Framework (NCCF) for 4-year undergraduate programmes for the academic session 2024-25. With the introduction of 4-year UG programmes in all government/aided Higher Educational Institutions (HEIs) in the state, admissions for UG programmes will be conducted online in a standalone mode.

The centralised Admission Portal will be modified to accommodate institution-level admission rules, subject combinations, and fee structures. The schedule for admissions has been provided, and students are advised to adhere to it. The implementation of the NCCF and the introduction of 4-year UG programmes aim to enhance the quality of education in West Bengal.
