Aligarh Muslim University will offer admission to undergraduate and postgraduate programmes based on the entrance test scores. The university will conduct an AMU entrance test for admission to various post graduate courses as well as some of the UG courses offered by the university. AMU will offer admission to some undergraduate courses based on the scores of the CUET entrance exam. The scores obtained in entrance tests play a significant role in the AMU selection process for different courses. Candidates should check the AMU eligibility criteria before applying for admission. The AMU application process starts in March 2025, aspirants should apply before the deadline.
The selection process for AMU usually involves the following steps:
Submission of AMU Application: Candidates should register and submit the application form of AMU by visiting the official website.
Admit Card: Candidates should download the AMU hall ticket by using their login credentials to appear for the entrance examination.
Entrance Exam: Aspirants should appear for the CUET or AMU entrance examination as per the programme they have applied for.
Result: The results of the AMU entrance exam or the CUET 2025 exam should be checked by the candidates who have appeared for the exam.
Merit list: The university will release the AMU merit list based on the scores obtained in the entrance exam.
Counselling Process: The shortlisted candidates will be called for the AMU counselling session where candidates have to submit all the important documents to finalise their admission.
To be considered for admission to various courses offered by AMU, candidates must fulfil the AMU eligibility. The eligibility criteria of AMU may include meeting the minimum educational qualifications, scoring a certain percentage in the qualifying exam, and satisfying any other requirements specified by the university.

Entrance Exam is not so hard but there are certain things that should be kept in mind while preparing for the exam
Firstly, if you are in 10th class study well and brush up all your concepts of 9th standard in winter vacation.
Then, fill up the form(available by the end of January) and submit it before mid-Feb.
If you like you can come and attend the crash course after your boards for taking the essence of the competition.(recommended, if you have not given any competitive exam before).
You should not feel demotivated at all. You just need to study hard and you will surely clear your exam. Wishing all the best your preparations.

The selected candidates list in AMU are for those who are selected for the particular course and have a confirmed seat and special category list contains the names of both who's names are there in selected candidates list as well as the chance memo list. Your chance will come only when you make the cut but for now you just have to wait. However it does not mean that you are not selected.

The authorities will conduct the AMUEEE Exam Date 2022 entrance exam on 31 July 2022 Last date to apply with a late fee is May 28, 2022. AMUEEE form correction 2022 will be from 29 May to 31 May 2022. The results and Answer key dates are yet to be notified. They will provide further information on the official website. It is said that result be declared online in October 2022. The result will come in the form of a scorecard containing marks and ranks in the entrance exam.
