On Question asked by student community
Dear Aspirant
Based on your UPCATET 2025 ranks, Combined UG Rank 3335, Group Rank 2070, Combined Category Rank 1905, and Group Category Rank 1137, and considering that you belong to the OBC category, you have a good chance of getting into B.Tech in Food Technology at SVPUAT, Meerut. This course usually has slightly lower cut-offs than core engineering or agriculture-related branches. You also have a fair to good chance of getting a seat in B.Tech Biotechnology, although it may be a bit more competitive based on seat availability and the number of OBC candidates ahead of you. Both courses offer promising career opportunities in areas like the food industry, biotechnology firms, pharmaceuticals, research institutions, and government labs. During counselling, you should give both courses high priority in your choice filling, based on your personal interest. If you prefer biotechnology, list it above food technology. Overall, your chances of getting a seat in either course at SVPUAT are quite positive.
All the Best.
Hi dear candidate,
