TISS has announced that admissions to UG courses will be done through Common University Entrance Test. So there is no TISS BAT exam admissions will be done on the basis of CUET scores. The Indian Institute of Technology, Madras has extended the last date to fill the HSEE 2022 application form till May 31, in online mode. The CUET and HSEE are different. The Humanities and Social Sciences Entrance Examination or HSEE is a national level entrance test conducted every year by IIT Madras. The HSEE 2022 application form has been released on the official website online.

Here are the Qualifications to appear in HSEE exam
Minimum Qualifications
Candidates from the general category and the OBC category must have received a minimum of 60% in the qualifying examination.
SC, ST, and PWD candidates must have a minimum of 55 percent aggregate in the qualifying examination.
If the qualifying marks are given as grades, the candidate shall get a certificate from the Board stating the comparable marks and submit it at the time of enrollment.
Candidates must have passed one of the following qualifying examinations: the final examination of the 10+2 system, administered by a Central or State Board recognised by the Association of Indian Universities; or the final examination of the 10+2 system, administered by a Central or State Board recognised by the Association of Indian Universities.
The Joint Services Wing of the National Guard's two-year training culminates with a final examination.
Intermediate or two-year Pre-University examination conducted by a Board or University recognized by the Association of Indian Universities.
Senior Secondary School Examination conducted by the National Institute of Open Schooling with a minimum of five subjects.
H.S.C. vocational examination.
Any Public School, Board or University examination in India or in a foreign country recognized as equivalent to the 10+2 system by the Association of Indian Universities
High School Certificate Examination of the Cambridge University or International Baccalaureate Diploma of the International Baccalaureate Office, Geneva.
General Certificate Education (GCE) examination (London, Cambridge or Sri Lanka) at the Advanced (A) level.

Ideally it should be postponed as some CBSE exams of Class 12 including Computer science , History , Legal studies & Philosophy will still be left .

The HSEE results were declared by Indian Institute of Technology, Madras. By visiting the official website at hsse.iitm.ac.in. candidates who gave the entrance test may check the HSEE result 2021 and get their scorecard. The steps by which you can get your result is described below.
Candidates who pass the admission test according to the HSEE result 2021 must attend the counselling session in order to claim a seat. Document verification and payment of the admission fee are part of the HSEE counselling procedure.

HSEE is a national entrance test administered by IIT Madras for admission to master's programmes in HSS. There is no official word on how many people took the exam this year, but 3,464 students took the exam in 2019.
The cut-off varies from year to year and is based on the category, such as a minimum 50 percentile for a general category student to be admitted. Students in the OBC, SC, and ST categories scored in the 45th and 40th percentiles, respectively.
For HSEE, the highest score was 133 last year.

The eligibility criteria to give the HSEE examination is that one must complete his/her 12th examination from any board that is recognized by the Association of Indian universities and with a minimum of 60% marks, 5%relaxation is given to sc/st/pwd category students. Students born on or after October 1996 are only allowed to apply. As in your case since you cleared your 12th examination and if you satisfy the remaining criteria then you can definitely attempt this examination.
