The Samagra ID is a special unique number given to every family and person in Madhya Pradesh, India. It's like a digital key that helps people get government benefits easily, such as money for education (scholarships) or food help.It has two parts: a Family ID (8 digits) and an individual Member ID (9 digits).
Step 1: Registration: First thing to do is to create an account on the portal. Students can use their Samagra ID to begin the registration process.
Step 2: Login Form: First, find the main registration form with your personal details, such as name, contact information, and address. Candidates are required to fill the details with accurate details.
Step 3: Qualification Details: Enter all your academic qualifications. This includes details for the Class 12 marks or any other equivalent exams.
Step 4: Reservation & Weightage: In this section, students are required to mention if they belong to any category such as SC, ST, PwD or else. This will allow them to MPply for relaxations provided by the MP Colleges. You must have a valid category certificate ready to present at the time of counselling.
Step 5: Upload Documents: Scan and upload copies of all required documents. This includes the marksheets, Birth Certificate, Caste Certificate, and Income Certificate. Students must ensure the documents are valid and saved in the required format and size before uploading them to the portal.
Step 6: College Choice Filling: Select the colleges and courses you wish to MPply for, listing them in order of preference. You can typically choose a maximum of 10 colleges. Research your options carefully, as the allotment will depend on your merit and this preference list.
Step 7: Proceed & Lock: Check your MP UG application thoroughly for details such as personal details, qualifications, and college choices. Once you are sure everything is correct, click the 'Lock' button. After locking, you usually cannot make any further changes to the form.
Step 8: Registration Form Payment: Pay the non-refundable MP Application or registration fee. You can use various online methods like Debit Card, Credit Card, UPI, or Net Banking. Your MP Application is considered complete only after this payment is successfully processed and confirmed.
Step 9: If data is not fetched then send for approval: If the system could not automatically fetch or verify your details or if errors are found, your form might be flagged. In this case, you must send the form for manual approval at a Help Center to resolve the issues.
Step 10: MP Approved/Back to Student: The Help Center will verify all your submitted details and documents. If everything is correct, the form will be approved. If there are mistakes or missing documents, the form is sent 'Back to Student' for you to correct and resubmit.
Step 11: MP College Allotment: Based on your merit ranking and the colleges you chose, the system will announce the Allotment results on a specific date. You will be assigned a seat in one of the colleges you listed, provided your score is high enough.
Step 12: Fees Submission: If students are allotted a seat, they are required to pay the admission fee within the specified deadline to secure your place. Non-payment of this fee by the last date means your allotted seat will be cancelled and offered to the next eligible candidate.
