The IIT Joint Admission Test for Masters (IIT JAM 2025) will be conducted on February 2 this year in the morning shift from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM. This CBT exam is conducted based on topics from the undergraduate level. However, due to the difficulty level of JAM maths exam, students must be aware of all the important chapters for the exam to prioritise which topics to pay more attention to. The 3 hour long exam consists of a total of 60 questions in MCQs, NSQs and NAT format. As there is a short time left for the exam, students are encouraged to check the details below for a better IIT JAM 2025 preparation.

Hello Student,
Based on the previous year cutoff trends, your OBC rank of 2305 is higher than the expected closing rank for M.Sc. Physics at NIT Durgapur. So, your chance of getting into NIT Durgapur for MSc Physics is high.
For your reference, please check: NIT Durgapur Cutoff 2026
Hello Student,
The cutoff for the following institutes was as follows.
IISER Bhopal - The cutoff rank in 2025 for IISER Bhopal was 1325 for OBC, 555 for SC, 465 for EWS, and 264 for ST in round 1
IISER Pune - The IAT cutoff 2025 was 355 in round
Hello Nisha. No IIT JAM and NEET are not the same level the reason is quite simple.
NEET is an exam for students after class 12th who want to become doctor. The questions are asked only from the class 11th and 12th syllabus of physics, chemistry and biology. The concepts
Hello,
Your exam result will still be generated after you take the IIT JAM exam .
But if you do not submit a valid EWS certificate , then:
Your EWS category benefit will be cancelled .
Your result may be treated as General category .
