With OBC-NCL category, you have a strong chance to get a seat in CSE programme at NITs like NIT Agartala, NIT Meghalaya, NIT Srinagar. However, if you are looking for NIT Patna, there are vent thin chances. You must apply for CSAB rounds to try your luck there.
