plz plz....tell me what is the mark needed to get a sit in good university ...in niser for general category

Devanshi Adhikari 17th Apr, 2020

Hello aspirant,

To get into NISER, a candidate needs to qualify NEST which is a compulsory test to give to get admission. A candidate should at least get the minimum percentile which is 60% (that is around 100 marks as the NEST is out of 180). The cut-off changes every year so 60% is the average or minimum percentile required.

Thank you.

which chapters requires to get at least 15- 20 marks in nest bio as I am a pcm student(I have bio in my +2, but I gave majority to pcm)??

Shudhanshu Gupta Student Expert 13th Feb, 2020
Hello.
It looks like you have physics chemistry Mathematics and biology in your 10+2 and you have given your major focus on physics ,chemistry and mathematics now you are confused that what should you do for having at least passing marks in biology so I will suggest you to go with the previous year question papers now because you don't have much time for preparation because exams are near so  you can do previous year question papers ,most of the question will be repeated in the coming exam.
Best of luck.
