1. How much time do I have to allocate to the preparation of the CUET General Test along with my 10+2 Board preparation?

As subjects of Secondary school Boards need exhaustive timeframes. just 1.5 hrs per day or 7-9 hours per week allocation will help you with the preparation of the CUET General Test preparation during Board preparation time. However, it depends upon your priority of preparation and subject compatibility. It's not time matters but how to plan things in the right direction will suffice the process. You have to plan things for intensive and extensive study schedules.

2. I am not good in Maths and I have Mathophobia, how can I solve the Majority of questions in the CUET General Test?

There is no doubt that the majority of the questions in the CUET General Test are more practice-driven. They are either in the Quantitative or they are asking in reasoning formats. However, Here winning edge is practice. you need to first select those topics which have verbal connotations and then practice them like Questions from General awareness and Current Affairs and analytical reasoning questions. You can come out of this phobia through your confidence coupled with practice. In the second level, Try to practice basic quant questions so that you can equip yourself better with the concepts and practice.

3. what are the important topics under current affairs that should be studied to score better on the test?

Current Affairs plays a very important role in scoring better. The important topics in this section are Appointments, Awards, Government Schemes, Military Exercises, Environmental updates etc. You have to make small sticky notes to recall easily. Infographics will also ease the process.

4. Is it relevant to read newspapers regularly for better preparation for CUET General Tests 2024?

Newspapers are important preparatory resources, they help to increase Reading speed as well as understanding of English Grammar and Usage. It helps to learn multiple types of words. You need to keep a diary and note down difficult words so that it helps you for further reading. Similarly, it is a boon for General knowledge as well as current Affairs as it gives relevant information regarding different National as well as international issues.

But the main issue is that doing so consumes a lot of time. so the selection of newspapers like The Hindu and Indian Express is preferred.EDitoria, National and international pages are only suggested to read. Note-making is also helpful for recalling current affairs updates.

5. Is it required to read all above discussed books as we do not have a time frame for reading all the stuff?

These recommendations of books are for reference. It is always suggested to plan things depending on your compatibility with the subject. One book per section is preferred.it is not the number of books that should be considered, however qualitative reading and making use of books will suffice the concern.it's highly recommended to go for Practice. Btech is industry based course and Bsc is a research based academic degree and NEET is a entry level of professional course If you have enough courage to take a drop and crack any entrance of Engineering or neet for good colleges then you can drop a year.
