According to the DU PG exam pattern 2022 the mode of the examination will be Computer Based Test (CBT). Candidates will be rewarded four marks for each correct answer and one mark will be deducted for each wrong answer.

Computer-based entrance examinations will be conducted by the National Test Agency (NTA). Candidates will log into their designated computer by using their roll number and date of birth to begin the online exam. Then, the invigilator will announce the password to candidates.Candidates will see instructions and functionalities of the exam on screen after logging in, and they will need to click 'Continue' to begin.
Applicants have to choose one out of four options given in the test paper.
Now, candidates need to click on the option against the given options to answer the questions.
The selected answer can be changed by clicking on the button of another option.
To deselect the chosen answer, candidates have to click on the ‘Clear Response’ option.
To save the chosen answer, candidates need to click on the ‘Save and Next’.
Candidates have to click on the ‘Next’ tab to move onto the next question.
If candidates want to answer a question later, they can mark that question by clicking on the ‘Flag’ button.
To unmark the question, candidates need to click on the ‘Remove Flag’ button.
Candidates will find a countdown timer of two hours on the top right-hand corner of the screen which will show the available time to complete the test. The exam will be over as soon as the countdown timer reaches zero.
To complete the exam, candidates need to click on the ‘End Exam’ button.
To be eligible to take the DU PG 2022 entrance exam, candidates must meet the eligibility criteria.
In the examination hall, electronic devices such as mobile phones, smartwatches, pagers, and calculators are prohibited.

University of Delhi no longer accepts the scores of Delhi University Entrance Test (DUET) for admission to the MCom programme. The only way to take admission to the MCom in any of the regular college of Delhi University is through the CUET-PG conducted by the National Testing Agency. Getting admission in DU at 126 marks in CUET-PG is a difficult task if you belong to unreserved (general) category as DU regular colleges offering the MCom programme have limited number of seats. However, you might get an admission to the MCom programme at 126 marks if you belong to the reserved category. However, the cutoffs may vary every year depending upon various factors.

Currently DU is conducting DUCUET UG exams in phases which is expected to end by 30th of August 2022. DUET PG exams date sheet is yet to be finalized by authorities and is expected to be held in the month of September.
Regarding the fee Of M. Sc. in Microbiology, it ranges between Rs. 3,860 - 68, 990, and this fee depends upon the college.
Also the best DU colleges for pursuing M. Sc. are Hindu College, Miranda House, Hansraj College, Daulat Ram College and SVC.
