Since you have not mentioned your state so considering it as Maharashtra according to your profile, state is required because for BPT in Maharashtra, NEET UG score is compulsory but in different states admission process is different.

No, It is not possible. In National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) is Entrance Exam for the candidates who wish to continue there career in Medical fields.

According to  National Testing Agency the passing marks in NEET for general category is around 138 out of 700 for General Category and for SC/ST/OBC is around 137 out of 700.

Sorry to ask but you have not Qualified NEET , that's why you are not eligible for applying in any college on the Basis of NEET Marks .You have not even fulfill  the minimum Eligibility criteria.

BUT if you want admission in Bachelors in Physiotherapy then its yet possible , Most of the Good Institution Provide Merit Based Admission in BPT course so, you can apply on the basis of 12th marks.

Even Delhi Institute of Pharmaceutical Science and Research also Provide Merit Based admissions in BPT course and Provide good placement as well.

GGIPU - conduct there Own Entrance Exam for BPT course, so you can also apply there.

Jaipur National University is also good one in BPT Course.

To take admission in Tilak Vidyapeeth College of Physiotherapy, the candidate must have biology, physics and chemistry as compulsory subjects in Class 12 with 50% marks. The candidate also has to give an entrance examination in which consists-

1. Physics- 25 marks
2. Chemistry- 25 marks
3. Biology- 50 marks

Each question will of 1 mark and duration of the examination is 90 minutes with English as the language of the paper.

Yes, the college does have separate girls and boys hostel facilities.

The fee structure is INR 1,25,000 for the first year, INR 1,40,000 for the second year, INR 1,55,000 for the third year and INR 1,70,000 for the final year.

Yes there are some scholarship schemes. Here are the details -

Guidelines for Tuition Fee Waiver (TFW) Scheme

(1) The Tuition Fee Waiver Scheme shall be applicable to all the sanctioned

seats of the Engineering and Pharmacy Courses in the Government Colleges

or Institutions and the aided Colleges or Institutions of the State, and

(2) All the sanctioned seats of the Engineering and Pharmacy Courses in the

unaided Colleges or Institutions who have opted for granting admission

under the TFW Scheme and have obtained approval of the All India Council

for Technical Education, New Delhi.

(3) The supernumerary seats (TFW) not exceeding ten per cent. of the

sanctioned intake of the college or institution shall be filled on the basis of

merit of the candidate, the annual income of whose parents does not exceed

Rs. 2.5 lakhs from all sources of income.

(4) For every 60 sanctioned intakes in a branch or division of study, one seat

shall be offered to Physically Handicapped (PH) candidate. Out of remaining

five seats, three seats shall be offered to women candidate and two seats

shall be offered to candidates belonging to Economically Backward Classes.

In the event of non-availability of candidates in particular category referred

to above, the seats shall be filled up by the candidates belonging to

Economically Backward Classes according to merit. In no case, vacant seats

under the TFW Scheme shall be offered to the general candidates.

(5) The tuition fee waiver shall be for the complete duration of the course and

students admitted under this scheme shall not be allowed to change

institutions / course under any circumstances.
