Go to the IGNOU website at ignou.ac.in.
Click on the ‘Re-registration’ button.
Read the instructions that appear on the screen and scroll down to the bottom of the page.
Tick on the checkbox and then, click to ‘Proceed for re registration’.
Login using your enrolment number and password.
Choose the IGNOU course and other details that are asked.
Click on the option of ‘Self declaration’ and then, on ‘Next’ to proceed.
Now, click on the ‘Accept and Proceed Payment’ link.
Pay the IGNOU re-registration fees via credit card, debit card, UPI and net banking.
Then, submit your form by clicking on the ‘Submit’ option.

The minimum educational qualification required for a KVS Primary Teacher (PRT) post is, Senior Secondary (Class 12) or its equivalent with at least 50% marks, a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.) or equivalent. You have both the required Senior Secondary equivalent (assuming you completed Class 12 before your D.El.Ed.) and the necessary D.El.Ed. degree.
