The conducting body will issue the NEPGET 2025 admit card in June on the official website. The NEPGET admit card will be available few days prior to the exam date. The written exam will be conducted for a total of 100 questions of 1 mark each for correct answers.
Candidates will be deducted 0.25 marks (25%) for every wrong answer attempted by the students.
For MBA students, the selection process includes written test and group discussion/personal interview.
The weightage for the written test and personal interview is 75% and 25% respectively.
Only CAT/MAT candidates will be excluded from the written test.
Students having a valid CAT score will be given full weightage of allotted written test, while for those students who have a MAT score will be given 80 marks (80% weightage).
If a student who appeared in the MAT exam wants to appear for the written test, then the candidate can appear for the written test, However, the written test score of the candidate will be considered instead of the MAT score.
The list of selected candidates will be prepared based on the total marks.

The Base Module Certificate from NERIST (North Eastern Regional Institute of Science and Technology) is considered equivalent to Class 10 (Secondary School level) and not Class 12.
For most government exams like SSC CHSL , Banking (Clerk/PO) and RRB NTPC , the minimum requirement is Class 12 (Higher Secondary). Since the Base Module Certificate is not equivalent to Class 12 , it may not be eligible for such exams.
However, if you complete the Diploma Module (after Base Module) or Senior Secondary from NIOS , you may become eligible for these exams. You should check the specific eligibility criteria for the exam you wish to apply for.
