Inside the Minds of Parul University’s Brightest

Parul University, Vadodara, was established in 2015. The university has been accredited with grade A++ by NAAC. Parul University courses include BTech, BBA, BArch, MCA, and MBA, among others. The article shares the mindset of some of the brightest minds at Parul University.

They didn’t all start at the top. Actually, most of them didn’t even know where the “top” was. But somewhere between the first lecture and the final semester, something shifted. A new thought took hold.
“What if I could do more than just finish this degree?”

That’s the thread running through the stories of Parul University’s brightest minds. Not marks. Not medals. Momentum. A quiet decision to move, even when the destination wasn’t clear. Because for them, excellence wasn’t a goal. It was a direction.

It Doesn’t Always Begin With Confidence

Take Sujal Tiwari, a dynamic student from the Faculty of Engineering and Technology.
While most were prepping for corporate interviews, he was memorizing naval ranks and building physical strength for the Indian Navy. His mornings started earlier. His breaks were shorter. His goals? Unshakably clear.

He didn’t come from a military family. But at Parul University, he found the Armed Forces Motivational Cell that made the path feel walkable. From mock interviews to physical training to people who believed he could serve, his dream got legs. And now, it’s a uniform. A future in the forces.
Because sometimes, one nudge is enough to keep you going.

The Path isn’t Always Straight

Suraj studied Pharmacy. But the pill he couldn’t swallow? Settling.
So he pivoted. UPSC. CAPF. One of the toughest exams in the country. And he cracked it. AIR 415. But the real win wasn’t the number. It was the ecosystem that let him switch lanes without guilt. The mentors who said “go for it,” the friends who helped him revise, the late nights that felt less alone because he knew someone on campus believed in him. At Parul University, ambition doesn’t scare people. It gets supported.

Some Journeys Start with Silence

Krish isn’t loud. He’s not out there tweeting victories. He’s on the mat. Wrestling. Training. Winning silver. Behind his medal is a rhythm. Train. Fall. Repeat. At Parul University, he found not just the facilities and coaches, but a campus culture where “athlete” and “academic” weren’t opposites.
No one asked him to choose. So he didn’t.

Some Minds Build Things Quietly

Vishakha didn’t lead with noise. She led with code. With curiosity. Now she’s a Frontend Manager at Apple, USA.
What started as college projects at Parul University turned into systems and solutions. The kind that breaks. Get fixed. Break again before they work. The kind that teaches patience.
That’s the thing about building anything. Careers. Apps. Futures. You do it slowly. In versions. With people who remind you that version one is just the beginning.

Others Looked up and Aimed Higher

Like Dharaben. Now at NASA’s Goddard Space Flight Center. Even when the textbooks ended, her questions didn’t. At Parul University, she found professors who didn’t just answer, but asked back. Who challenged her to research more. Explore further. Question deeper.
Her story isn’t just about rockets. It’s about being in the right orbit. Surrounded by those who refuse to let your potential go idle.

Not Everyone Went Technical

Pratham chose hospitality. Hotels. People. The real-world soft stuff. And guess what? It paid off. ₹45 LPA at Crowne Plaza, USA.
It wasn’t overnight. It was built in mock check-ins, guest lectures, and actual hotel internships. Parul University didn’t just teach him how to host. It let him practice it over and over until it became muscle memory. Turns out, being present, kind, and detail-obsessed still pays.

What Ties it All Together?

None of these students was born “gifted.” They just stayed curious long enough. Permitted themselves to dream beyond job offers. They didn’t rush the outcome. They built toward it.

And Parul University?
It wasn’t just a campus. It was the support system that asked: What else could you try? Who else could help? How far could this go?

Through guidance cells, sports training, mentoring, placements, research opportunities, and simple peer encouragement, the university quietly became the wind behind the scenes.

Not by shouting “topper.” But by asking “What do you want to build?”

So What Stays with You?

It’s not the stats. Or the resume lines. It’s the mornings no one saw. The Google Docs that autosaved failed before it succeeded. The professors who didn’t let you give up. The classmates who said “same bro” at 3 AM. The small choices that added up.
And somewhere in that chaos, you found clarity. Parul University’s brightest didn’t just graduate. They figured themselves out. Not dramatically. But deeply. Which, let’s be honest, lasts longer anyway.
