No, applicants based on JEE do not have to go for PI/GEPI (Personal Interview / Group Exercise & Personal Interview) at Symbiosis Institute of Technology (SIT), Pune. The PI/GEPI only applies for applicants through the SET (Symbiosis Entrance Test) route. To apply for BTech at Symbiosis Institute of Technology (SIT) Pune, you need to follow a few steps.
First, make sure you are eligible. You must have passed 12th standard with Physics and Mathematics, along with Chemistry, Biology, or Computer Science. You should have at least 45 percent marks (40 percent for reserved categories).
Then, register for the SITEEE exam on the SET exam portal. Also, fill out the application form on the official SIT Pune website. The fee for the SITEEE exam is Rs2250 and the institute application fee is Rs1000.
In 2025, the SITEEE exam is being conducted on May 5 and May 11. If you take the exam on both days, the better score will be considered.
