Meghalaya BSc Agriculture 2025 Admission Eligibility Criteria

Students must fulfil some eligibility criteria in order to fill the Meghalaya BSc agricultural admission form.

• Academic criteria- Students must secure 55% marks in class 12. 10% relaxation is provided to the candidates belonging to reserved categories.

• Education Qualification- Candidates must pass 12 with English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology as the compulsory subjects from a recognised board.

• Age criteria- Minimum age required is 17 years and maximum age limit is 21 years.

Applicants who are interested in agriculture or horticulture courses must fill the form by visiting its websites. Students will be asked to upload the scanned images of the documents. • Fill with your mobile number, captcha and also the OTP.

• Then, click on the ‘Send’ button.

• The pdf of your BSc agriculture application will appear on the screen.

• Download and take print out.

Selection Criteria of Meghalaya BSc Agriculture Admission 2025

Selection of candidates will be strictly on the merit basis, which will be determined purely on the marks obtained in Physics, Chemistry and Biology.

• If the percentage of marks obtained in the PCB by two or more candidates is identical, the merit will be determined by taking into account the marks in PCB and English.

• If the percentage of marks obtained in the PCBE is identical, then the candidates who are older in age will be considered.

The Board of Directorate of Agriculture, Shillong will release the provisional merit list of the candidates in offline mode. The merit list will be available in the notice board of the Directorate of Agriculture, Shillong. The selected candidates will have to appear for the counselling. The counselling will be done according to the merit list prepared by the authority. It will be done in the offline mode. Final admission of the students is termed to be complete only after the fee submission and after the college reporting.
