The refund will be processed within 15 working days from the date of receiving a written request from the student along with relevant documents.
All refund requests must be addressed in writing to the Registrar/Director of Admissions, MTSOU.
Refunds shall be credited to the student’s bank account only as per the details provided in the refund request form.
A minimum of Rs 1,000 or 5% of the total fees paid, whichever is lower, may be deducted as processing charges in case of full refund eligibility.
No refund shall be provided in case of expulsion due to disciplinary reasons or submission of false documents.
