If you want to do Btech in cs, then I suggest you go to MIT Manipal. The academics there are good. The environment there is also good, and the vibe is just unique. The colleges you mentioned above are also good, but Manipal is just the whole deal in one. I would suggest you go for it!

Among the two options, BML Munjal University would be a better choice since UBS Mumbai is a fairly new college. However, you should join BML only if you want to pursue MBA this year. If you are open to getting admission next year, it is better to prepare again and go for Tier 1 colleges like IIMs, NMIMS, Symbiosis, FMS, MDI, etc since their placements will be much better.

Yes, in BML Munjal University, you might have to apply again. According to website admission to BBA course is only through the their own website registration and there is no mention of CUET UG.

Applicants have to submit the finished application form along with related statements comprising copies of certificates and the application fee.
BMU will provide admission to chosen nominees who are in 12th standard or have already finished class 12.

For nominees with CGPA, the parity to the percentage of marks will be determined as per statutory or Board protocols or BMU educational laws, now is to multiply the CGPA by 10 to convert to a percentage.
At the time of admission procedure culmination, the nominee must fill and submit the admission annexures and all undertakings furnished by the Registrar’s office. The provision of any other relevant documents shall be conveyed by the admissions council.
