Hello aspirant,

Hope you are doing great.

So as per your question, the exam which you applied for is not an improvements exam. Therefore, you need to attend for all the exams. Because, we do not know as to which marks they will be considering, if you are absent for those exams which you have applied for. So, it is better to appear for the exams and complete the same.

Hope this helps!!

I have physics chemistry biology physical education English and maths as my class 12 subjects and appearing for boards. now to be declared overall pass in 12 do I need to pass in maths? or passing in the rest five subjects will lead to pass?

Ishita 6th Jul, 2024

Hello Aspirant

It is absolutely necessary to pass all your subjects in 12th grade, whether it is your 5th or 6th subject or it is any Board of Examination. It does not matter if you have good marks in all your other subjects, it is required for you to get at least passing marks in all your subjects in order to receive your Pass Certificate. The board offered you a 6th subject for you to have an option for your bachelor's degree. You need to obtain at least passing marks in all your 6 subjects.

I got good percentile in jee mains but i am fail in physics class 12 mpboard Can I gave compartment exam and get admission ?

Ishita 21st Aug, 2024

Hello Aspirant

The eligibility criteria for JEE Main (Joint Entrance Examination Main) can vary slightly from year to year, but generally, the following requirements are in place:

Academic Qualifications:

Must have passed Class 10 or equivalent with at least 60% aggregate marks. Must be appearing for Class 12 or have passed Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as compulsory subjects.

Since you failed your 12th Physics, there might be some issues related to it but as far as I know you can take the compartment exam for Physics and still be eligible for JEE Main.

Even if you fail in one subject in Class 12, you can still appear for the compartment exam and attempt to improve your score. If you pass the compartment exam, you will be considered eligible for JEE Main. Inform your school about your failure in Physics and inquire about the process for appearing in the compartment exam

Hope this helps
