Ishan Katoch 22nd Jul, 2022

Hi Dhruv.

For admission into DTU , a student needs to take the JEE Main exam. He/She also needs to secure at least 60% marks (55% for OBC-NCL, 50% for SC/ST/PwD) in aggregate of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in Class XII.

Candidate should have a minimum of 60% (50% for OBC) aggregate score in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics , and should have passed in English to be eligible for admission in NSIT . The SC/ST Category candidates need to merely pass in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.

sir I passed class 12 in 2021 and not give jee mains and advance this year so I give jee advance in 2023

Piyush kesarwani 12th Jun, 2022

hello aspirant,

It does not matter whether you give JEE mains and JEE advance in any particular year, the attempts are still counted whether you give the exams or not. So, if you do not wish to give JEE mains and JEE advnace this year, 2022, then also this year will be counted as an attempt for you in JEE examinations.

Every candidate is allowed to give JEE mains for 3 consecutive time and JEE advance for 2 consecutive times from the time of passing the class 12th examination. So, according to this you will not be eligible for JEE advance in 2023, but you will be eligible for JEE mains only in 2023. Further, you are still eligible for JEE Mains and, if cleared, then JEE advance 2022.

Further, if you want, you can register yourself for JEE mains this year, 2022, for session 2 as the registrations for session 1 jee mains 2022 has already over.

Further, to know more about the JEE mains adn JEE advance examination in further details, you can follow the below mentioned link to know more : https://engineering.careers360.com/exams/jee-main

I hope that this will help.

Dear aspirant,

What you have mentioned in your query , it is absolutely correct.

As per the eligibility criteria, if you have passed your 12th in the year 2021 you can give jee mains in the year 2022 and 2023 and for jee advanced you can it in the years 2021 and 2022 only .

So, the year 2021 is counted as your first attempt for jee mains and advanced. You are left with one attempt for jee advanced and two attempts in jee mains in the years mentioned above .

how much percentage is required in class 12 to get admission in MBBS college? and I score 53.2% can I get admission in mbbs college Im I belong to OBC

krati2004 11th Jun, 2022

Hello aspirant,

To get admission in MBBS college you need to qualify national eligibility entrance test (NEET).  The cut off varies every year depending on a number of factors and the cut off if different for different for categories. if you belong to OBC category then it will be accordingly. For an idea I'm providing the link below of previous years cut off.

https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cut-off#NEET-2022-Cutoff-Percentile-and-Scores--Yearwise-Analysis

For the syllabus of NEET exam you go through the link below:

https://cache.careers360.mobi/media/uploads/froala_editor/files/finalcoresyllabus_neet-ug-1-3.pdf

Also the admission private colleges are direct you just have to fulfill the admission criteria that varies from college to college. But the fact is that you will have to pay more fees as compared to government colleges so it becomes difficult for middle class families. Hope it helps.

Thank You!
