As per your mentioned query , i would like to say sorry as you are not eligible to give entrance exam of jee mains dear. As per the eligibility criteria pf jee mains , the candidate must passed the class12 with recognised board and also must have minimum percentage of 75% for appearing in the exam.
But don't be tensed , apart from jee main there are several other exams that have not the criteria of 75% so you can apply for those entrance exams.

Candidate who have the following education qualification are eligible to apply for CA Foundation level
Candidates who have passed class 10th examination regularised by the state government or central government or equivalent examination. Such candidates are eligible take provisional admission which will be regularized only when they clear Class 12 exams.
Candidates who are appearing in class 12 exams or have passed class 12th or it's equivalent examination from a recognised board are eligible to apply for ICAI for CA Foundation examination.
Since there is no specific stream requirement you are eligible to apply for CA Foundation level.

A migration certificate is a document issued by the university or board where one is studying. It is awarded at the end of the course along with other relevant documents and aids in admission to another institution or other educational board.
The college management will ask for your migration certificate and keeps it with them till you leave you college. but when you want to leave your college, you can request you college management to return you documents and certificates back and they have to return your certificates along with Migration Certificate. They may ask you to submit the request for return of certificates in writing by mail or any on paper. Proceed accordingly.

To pursue Microbiology in Under Graduate level a candidate must have passed 10+2 or its equivalent with Biology (Zoology/Botany), Physics and Chemistry from a recognised board. The minimum percentage requirement is different for each institute which you eed to Check before applying for admission.
If you have studied Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry in 10+2 level you are not eligible to apply for Undergraduate microbiology course whether or not you have passed in 10+2 with PCM subjects because you must have studied PCB in 10+2 Level. If you have studied 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Biology but failed in Physics and Mathematics you are not eligible for the course because you must pass in 10+2 examination in all subjects.

Yes, you can do BCA even if you don't have maths in your class 12th .
This is because ,
It is not mandatory to have maths in class 12th in order to be eligible for BCA

If you were to take my opinion let me tell you that it's important for you to cover the maximum portion because you don't know which questions from which part will be easy or not.
If luck does not favour you at that point of time and by chance the questions from the 11th std topics are easy or readily solvable then you would be at a disadvantage. The total marks in physics in jee mains is 75 marks. And mostly the topics from 11th and 12th are equally divided.
