What to do after class 12 if I want to do CPA in India?

Nivedhitha 2nd Dec, 2020

Hey!

First of all, you need to be at least 18 years to apply for the CPA exam. Then, you must have degree (most commonly, B. Com) and 120 college credit hours for the exam. Generally, a combination of Bachelor's and Master's from an accredited institution/university will give you 150 credit points. Join in a coaching centre and study side by side with your college works.

Thank you.

When a student studied class 11 and class 12 in another state, would he/she be able to get state quota or any type of advantage from that state regarding NEET 2020 councelling ?? Please share your valuable knowledge ,it would be very helpful. Thank you.

Harish Jayaraj 23rd Oct, 2020

hi student

as much as i understand from my research, you dont have any advantage of appearing in  your home state counselling. there is only one, there will be less competition and there are few state quota reserved seats. other than that there is no preference based advantage. the ranking system will be same  and also you have to pay 3000+ INR for application

Anyone plz calculate my percentile of class 12 CBSE. I got 69.2 % in my boards.

anusha 23rd Oct, 2020

Hello pranjalistwal!

Congratulations for your marks!!

Overall percentage for CBSE is roughly the percentage considering  the best 5 subjects.

The 5 subjects considered should include

  • 1 language and 4 electives
  • 2 languages and 3 electives

If there is a provision for 6th subject like Physical Education or Biotechnology, etc. then if a student gets less in any PCM/PCB/PCMB then the marks of sixth subject (if greater than PCM/PCB/PCMB marks) is considered while calculating the percentage.

For example,

If a student has marks like english-85, physics-89, chemistry-80, maths-95 ,biology/ comp sc/ IP-95 ,phy ed-88

Then X's percentage would be 90.6%

For example, consider another student who has the marks-

English 75, Physics 89 ,Chemistry 80,Maths 95,Biology/Comp Sc./I.P. 95,Phy. Ed. 88
Then this student's percentage would be 88.4%

Hope you got it!

Thankyou!!

I m in class 12 and preparing for jee mains by my own...,I dont go to any coaching institute, but I want to score 250+/300 so,can u suggest me best test series for jee mains in 2 months which will help me to gain that

Yash Kamal Chaturvedi 23rd Oct, 2020

Hey friend!

You should have a certain number of students appearing for it in whatever test series you are trying to take so that you can find where you are in the competition. Find a test series kit at an reasonable price. When selecting a test set, you should remember not only quality, but quantity as well. The more test series you take, the more experienced and trained you get for IIT JEE. Detailed analysis, asking you where you need to work further and progress cracking IIT JEE.

You can try test series by any premium coaching institutes like Aakash , Allen , Fiitjee etc.

Iam a science student of class 12what to do after class 12

Soumya 22nd Oct, 2020

Firstly, prioritize and then do research - mantra to understand what we want.

We have lot of fields, and all of then have scope. Always choose according to your interests. List out what are your interests and then search for programs accordingly like btech, B.sc, BE, BA, etc in any of the fields you wish to.

I was a science student (MPC), but i took Media science after 12th. So this was based upon my interests. Accordingly you can also find your own. There are many new courses as well. Follow the above mantra.

Hope this helped.

Hi, My Class 10th percentage is 93.2 , class 12 percentage is 89.2 and my undergraduate percentage is 66%, what are my chances of cracking into IIMs and which B-schools I should ideally aim for according to my academic record?

Abhishek Roy 1st Dec, 2020

Look, it is really unpredictable, because there are many IIMs who do not give much weightage to your Graduation Scores, whereas there are certain IIMs like IIM Bangalore, who give higher weightage and some Bonus Points to students with a Work Experience than Freshers. As far as I understand, your 10th and 12th scores are more or less apt, however your Graduation percentage is on the lower side. IIM C, IIM K, IIM L, IIM Shillong and IIM Indore are few of the Old IIMs giving lower weightage to past academics. However, only way to make up for it is getting a good CAT Percentile atleast above 99, and stand a chance of securing a seat in one of the IIMs. For more information do follow the link below

i complete my class 12 from haryana. but i have obc certificate of delhi as i am permanent resident of delhi.. can i apply home state quote for admission in delhi???if not than which quota can i apply for admission in delhi???

Harsha Sinha 21st Oct, 2020

Hi there,

Irrespective of the any certificate of any state, you can only apply for home state qouta if you have domicile certificate of that state. As this is the only documents which is valid while proving to get the home state advantage.

Since you are permanent member of delhi then you can create a domicile easily then you can use the home state advantages.

I hope this helps
