Hello,

Yes, you can get admission in Bachelors in Physiotherapy after passing in the Biology subject in NIOS. But few colleges does not does not accept NIOS certificate so for such college you cannot apply for admission, you can apply for admission into other colleges which accepts it. So you have to check the eligibility requirements of the college/institute in which you are seeking admission.

can i wear a cap in class 12 CBSE board exam and in jee mains?

Shrishty sahu 17th Dec, 2020
Dear student,
You can definitely wear a cap in cbse board examination but for jee there is strict checking. Students are allowed to wear necessary things only. However it depends on centre to centre. Some centres are a bit lenient, however you can try your luck and i think you will be allowed to wear a cap. But there are chances of the other case also.

I am aspiring to be an astronaut. currently, I am studying in class 12. will opting for aeronautical engineering do me any good? which is the best type of engineering i should opt for to ensure the astronaut career path? are aeronautical and aerospace different engineering courses? which is better?

chinchujoseph1993 16th Dec, 2020

Hello,

To become an astronaut a bachelor’s degree from a recognized university, either in engineering, physics, mathematics, computer science, chemistry or biology (STEM field), or Aeronautical/Aerospace engineering. But a higher university degree like Master’s/PhD will be of added value.

Now coming to the two courses, Aerospace is  a  branch of engineering, where you get to learn design, building, testing and maintenance of civil aircraft, missiles, space shuttles, rockets, space stations and other such units. On the other hand, Aeronautical engineering is a sub division field of Aerospace Engineering and deals with the study of designing and building aircraft such as aeroplanes and helicopters.  In simpler words Aeronautical engineering Relates to machines that fly within the earth’s atmosphere, wheres as Astronautical engineering includes the study related to spacecraft such as rockets, space stations and shuttles.

Now a degree in both the fields would be fine, but it would be better to do it in Aerospace Engineering.

Also if it is your dream to become an astronaut, you should also keep in mind that physical fitness plays an important role and so it is very much important that you take care of your health and maintain fitness.

Below I will share a link where you can find some of the best colleges in India that provide courses in Aerospace engineering:

If you want to consider a degree in Aeronautical, then you can find the best colleges for the same from the below shared link:

https://engineering.careers360.com/colleges/list-of-be-btech-in-aeronautical-engineering-colleges-in-india

Hope that you will make India proud one day

Good Luck

my class 12 results in pcm is 70% can i apply for jee main 2021.

rajeevanand843 15th Dec, 2020

Dear aspirant

No you will be not eligible for taking admission in NITs / IIITs / GFTIs.Candidates should have passed class 12th with a minimum of 75% marks or they must be in the top 20 percentile in their class 12 examination (65% for SC/ST candidates).

If you appear through your state board then you should under 20% percentile or otherwise you will be not eligible.

You can apply in jee mains if you want to take admission in other colleges rather than that.

you can check other eligibility criteria for jee mains exam 2021. As the application form has been realised and it will be conducted in 4 cycle this year. Visit the link below for more information

can anyone tell me that admission into IIT and nit college for jee main 2021 will there be 75% in class 12 criteria or it is been scrapped

Shrishty sahu 15th Dec, 2020
Dear student,
The compulsory criteria that students should score at least 75% has been scrapped off due to the covid 19 pandemic situation prevailing in the country. There were chances of students scoring less in boards due to covid 19 reasons. Therefore this criteria has been removed. Also jee is to be conducted 4 times in a year so that students do not miss out any opportunities.
