As per the newest eligibility criteria released by VIT for VITEEE 2021 a candidate should have passed the qualifying exam or should be appearing for it in 2021. So if you have passed your class 12th in 2019 then you are not eligible for VITEEE 2021.

Admission in all the medical college including AIIMS Delhi is through neet examination so to be eligible for admission in MBBS in AIIMS Delhi you need to be eligible for Neet i. e
You should pass your 12th board examination with physics, chemistry ,biology/biotechnology and English and must have got:-
-) at least 50 % in aggregate of PCB i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology in 12th examination if belongs to general category
-) at least 40% in aggregate of PCB if belongs to Obc/ Sc /st category
-)at least 45 % in aggregate of PCB in case of general pwd candidates to be eligible.
Also,
* to be eligible for neet 2021 one has to be at least 17 years old or more by 31st December 2021
* There is no upper age limit for Neet 2021
* There's no limit for the maximum number of attempts/times one can appear in NEET.
So, if you fulfill these criteria then you are eligible for Neet and then on the basis of marks or rank obtained by you in NEET examination you can get a seat in AIIMS Delhi

admission to bba in Retailing (BBARL) course in IGNOU is done by two methods.
one is direct entry and another is through sponsored admission.
for direct entry admission process, candidates need to 10+2 course from a recognized education board from any of the stream. and mathematics is not compulsory for bba admission to ignou or any other colleges in india.
there is no age limit to apply for bba course in ignou. course minimum duration is 3 years and maximum duration is of 6 years.

You should check if the Community you belong to is listed in the Central OBC list and also if it falls under OBC list of Chattisgarh. . Now if you belong to OBC Category, the Category you belong to should be also listed in the Central OBC list. Or else you will be considered as General Category. Please check for your Community under the State list at: http://www.ncbc.nic.in/user_panel/centralliststateview.aspx . If it is listed here, you can select OBC or else you have to opt General Category.

This might be not possible as 12th class exams are board exams and the information to board (CBSE/ICSE/ other state boards) is sent via schools. You can request your school authority to do so, but it is very rare as in the records you are still in 11th class, so might be you need to wait for next year to write 12th board exams.
