if i am a class 12 pass out student and i am givem improvement exam which marks is written in my provisional certificate old marks or new marks which i obtain in improvement exam

theeanonymous 29th Dec, 2020

Hello Aspirants,

Since you have not mentioned the board which you belong to, I assume it is CBSE, so as per CBSE exam regulations , when you write an improvement exam,if you score better than your previous actual marks then the new mark will be mentioned in the certificate . If the new mark is lower than the previous one ,then the old mark will remain as it is on the certificate. So basically, the better mark will be chosen. Also for those who appear and clear the regular board exams a pass certificate will be issued. On the other hand,  those who have appeared for an improvement of performance or for an additional subject in a subsequent examination shall not be issued a separate certificate or a combined marks statement. Such candidates shall be given only a statement of marks in that subject(s).

All the best

which one is better Degree or Engineering after class 12 ?

ARYAN SAGAR 5th Feb, 2021
Dear student,

The best degree after class 12th is there the degree in which you are interested.
Because every student have different minds. Some can conquer the interested field and some are forced to take a particular Field ahead in their life and eventually they crashes for good.

So, my advice is this - Choose the one stream or career Field which you think you can do and you must have interest in it. Don't take any subject by seeing others or by force. Calm your mind, and think your strong subjects and think that whether you can make your career in this or not.

Now, it may be possible that you dl b.sc and can be more successful rather than pursuing b.tech.
But I would like to give a wise opinion. If you think you cam do engineering then only choose engineering line. Otherwise don't. The harsh Truth is - the unemployment has increased in India exponentially in line of engineering ( and also in other streams but are less then engineering fields) after the coming of BJP government. All the good sectors of government are being privatised from Banks to pharma to psu or technical sectors. And in a span of three to four years, the engineering line will be dropped by most students if they know the reality due to unemployment. The competition has increased drastically and no new vacancies are being released. But if you are an outstanding performer then you can do engineering, because not all jobs are being cut out and a good engineer is getting job.
But as compared to other fields, today the most degraded profession is engineering India. If you want to do engineering and you think you can do it, then only take this stream. Otherwise don't.

Hi I have pass class 12 from cbse board.. My percentage was less than expectation so i fill the improvement exan..there also i was get less mark...So now May i do again class 12 from UP Board?

Anirudh Singh 27th Dec, 2020

Hi.

YES you can give 12th Board Examinations again. However, there is absolutely no need because 12th Boards are considered as a major stepping stone towards  diploma or undergraduation course. If you have successfully passed your Class 12th Examinations then it is better for you to achieve a goal ahead and move forward in your career. In other words, seek the best with what you have instead of wasting another year for just a chance of improvement.

I hope this answers your query.

Good Luck

In my class 10 certificate my mothers name is Damayanti Borah(sirname is incorrect) but in my class 12 certificate it is Damayanti Saikia(correct). Will I face any trouble if I attach those documents in the application form for neet 2021?

Sharon Rose Student Expert 26th Dec, 2020

Hello,

When you are filling the NEET application form you need to fill your name, date of birth, father's name and mother's name as per class 10th certificate. You need to either apply for a new class 10th certificate for correction in the details or you need to provide an affidavit stating the correct name and wrong name and you will have to provide the affidavit at the time of counselling. You have to publish the affidavit in the local newspaper. This is the procedure you need to follow to avoid the rejection of your candidature at stage of the admission process.
