If you are studying in 12th , then:-
-----------------) Yes, you are eligible for applying for NEET 2022 but only if you are appearing for 12th board examination 2022
-----------------) In case if you have just moved into 12th this year and will be appearing for 12th board examination in 2023 and then you will be eligible for NEET 2023 and not eligible for NEET 2022.

Here's the eligibility criteria for NEET :-
-------------------) Qualification required :-As per Neet eligibility to be eligible you must be either appearing for 12th board examination or should have passed 12th board examination from any recognised board with physics, chemistry ,biology/biotechnology and English as core subject.
†††Important Note :- Students with Biology as an additional subject are also provisionally eligible for neet until Supreme Court gives its judgement over it.
-------------------) Percentage required :- You must get
at least 50 % in aggregate of PCB i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology in 12th examination if belongs to general category
at least 40% in aggregate of PCB if belongs to st/Obc/ Sc
at least 45 % in aggregate of PCB in case of pwd candidates to be eligible.
-------------------) Age limit :-
Lower age limit:- to be eligible for neet one has to be at least 17 years old or more by 31st December in the year of appearing for the examination .
Upper age limit :-There's no upper age limit for NEET. Earlier there was upper age limit of 25 years which was pending in supreme court, on 9th march 2022 NMC in its notice has removed upper age limit. Hope you are doing great ! Your class 12th marks doesn't matter for getting admission into any nit or iit ,you need to give jee mains 2022 which will held in June and July , application form for June attempt has ended but you can try second one ,for it the application form will release soon ,on the basis of your marks in jee mains you get college like nit /iiit but for iit ,you need to qualify jee advanced which is tough than jee mains , students who qualify jee mains are eligible for jee advanced . So you can also do your preparation according to your preference.

Bachelor's of Computer Application is a very useful and worthy course to be pursued, the common eligibility of the course is that
Candidates who wish to take admission in Bachelor of Computer Applications programme must have completed 10+2 in any stream from any recognized board.
The minimum age limit of the candidate should be 17 years.
The BCA eligibility varies depending upon various colleges and universities are eligible for the course.
Yes having Mathematics as a combination would have been an added advantage but still you can manage to pursue it through merit or by entrance test.

Honestly dear when you will be applying for overseas institutions they might check your class 10th & 12th percentage and should focus on your GRE score and your social works. And you don't have to worry about your previously obtained grades, rather you incline your time on studied to get a commendable score in class 12th that strengthen your resume to a booster level.

No need to go in depression ,a lot of students face this problem very year , and you can take many examples from the history of India ,many great people who have less marks in their academic but now the are superior to others . May be you are not made for study ,there will be another talent in you . Everyone has one hide inner talent , explore yourself and find that one talent and then work hard on it ,it may be anything like football , cricket ,dance , athletic ,sing ,cook etc . Class 12th marks doesn't decide your future .
