It all depends on what career you're opting for. If you want to pursue some medical courses like MBBS, BAMS, BHMS, BPT, BVSC then you need the qualifying marks in 12th board exams which is around 60% marks only. And the exam that will decide your admission will be only NEET entrance exam. If you want to choose Engineering, then CET, JEE exams decide your future. And similarly, if you want to opt for BSC courses, then surely 12th boards marks will help you.

RPF Constables are mainly recruited by Railway Recruitment Board(RRB). Most of the vacancies are for women. You can fill the online form and apply for the post. RPF is one of the most demanding jobs which provides a lot of benefits and they get a decent salary. RPF salary per scale is 5200/- to 20,200/- along with a grade pay of 2000/-. The salary depends on the class X,Y,Z cities.
For class X cities: salary is 21,700/- and gross salary is 31,270/-(provides basic facilities)
For class Y cities: salary is 21,700/- and gross salary is 29,636/-
For class Z cities: salary is 21,700/- and gross salary is 27,902/-

It depends from course to course. If you want to take admission in Science stream then you will have to get at least 80 to 85% minimum.
If you want Arts stream then you will have to get 80+
It also depends upon the college Campus, North Campus cutoffs are generally higher than the South Campus.
There are various Entrance exam course where the mini. eligibility criteria is 40% in boards.

You need to crack the VITEEE exam next year to be eligible to get into VIT colleges for btech course. Candidates appearing for the VITEEE in 2020 should have secured minimum aggregate of 60% in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/Biology in the qualifying examination (+2/Intermediate). This is for general category. Candidates who have opted for MPCEA(Maths / Physics/ Chemistry / English / Aptitude)in VITEEE 2020 are eligible for all the B.Tech. Programmes. The VITEEE exam is mcq type exam.
