Hi
You don't need to worry at all the dear even if you are doing your class 12th with PCM from CBSE board and now you want to do your 10+2 again from state board with PCB.
Neet eligibility criteria says that, to be eligible you must have passed in English and in both the theory and practical of PCB i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology individually with at least 50 % in aggregate of PCB ( in theory +practical) in 12th examination if belong to general category , or at least 40% in aggregate of PCB if belongs to Obc/ Sc /st
So, if you do again your 11th and 12th with PCB from state board and fulfill the above mentioned percentage criteria in PCB then you will be definitely eligible for Neet examination with your qualification and don't worry you won't face any problem during admission regarding document verification or anything else due to this, if you managed to qualify Neet examination
Also, Minimum age limit is 17 years old ,so to be eligible for neet 2021 one has to be at least 17 years old by 31st December 2021

Hello aspirant! Hope you are doing well! While giving the class 12 improvement examination 2021 , you do not have to appear for practical exams. Their marks remain the same. Student only has to prepare for theoretical examination. Practical marks will be added to that. If candidate has failed in both theory and practical then only both examination needs to be given. So do not worry.
Hello Aditya Singh!
CBSE has released the Compartment exam form for Class 10 & Class 12 students
Students of Class 12 have the option to appear for the CBSE optional exams 2020, in case they are not satisfied with the CBSE Class 12 results. The optional exam will only be conducted for the papers which were scheduled from July 1 to 15.
Whereas for the students of Class 10, no optional exams will be conducted.
CBSE will release the CBSE compartment and optional exams date at a later stage in consultation with the Government of India.
If students opt for CBSE optional exams, the marks scored in the optional exam will be considered as final.
CBSE has decided to replace the term ‘Fail’ with ‘Essential Repeat’ on the documents issued by the board and also on the online result.
